LevelLawn.care manufactures, packs and ships our own product from the stock available in our warehouse. We are committed to bringing our customers exceptional value and service.
As part of this commitment, we provide free DHL shipping from our packing facility.
WE ARE ABLE SHIP TO OVER MULTIPLE COUNTRIES (Non USA Sales)
Our shipping distribution logistics are fine-tuned; therefore, we are able to offer free international shipping to almost anywhere you are located. Even if you are not based in the USA.
There are however some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those rare countries, we will contact you after we receive your order. A full refund will be issued immediately should our shipping service not cover your country.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. This only applies to non USA sales.
By purchasing our product, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you from our warehouse and may have custom fees applicable when they arrive to your country. This only applies to non USA sales.
We always declare the correct value of your purchase on the commercial invoice or customs declaration. It is very rare that you will be charged GST, US Tax or VAT on your purchase as they are not high value items. However, we cannot guarantee that no tax charges will be levied as it largely depends on the discretion of the receiving countries import duty policies. This only applies to non USA sales.
Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address, as items which we are unable to deliver to the address provided will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.

Shipping time may vary by location. e.g. if you are located in a rural / remote location.
Local Holidays may also slightly extend shipping times.
*Due to the current COVID-19 situation our shipping times may vary slightly and in very occasional circumstances, delays may occur due to increased volume of freight at certain airport hubs.

We ship same day, 6 days a week Monday thru Saturday). Once an order has been shipped you waive your right to cancel.
You will automatically receive an email with a DHL tracking number once your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number please contact us via one of the methods below or visit the “Track Your Parcel” Link here or on our Home page. Occasionally some Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail accounts are unable to receive our emails. It’s also a good idea to whitelist our email address or check your Junk / Spam folder.
